Once your reservation has been confirmed a NON-REFUNDABLE £50 DEPOSIT PER WEEK will be required to hold dates. This is to be paid within 7 days of receipt of our invoice, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your UK departure. An extra £50 security / damage deposit must be paid by bacs/bank transfer up to 7 days before your UK departure. This will be returned to your bank account after your vacation and the property has been checked. Normally within 48 hours of you departure.


Written confirmation of your booking, together with an invoice and payment details will be sent to you by email or post.
